All that planning and the big day has arrived! We know the logistics of the day can be overwhelming and distracting to any engaged couple, but this is where we shine. We will work to keep your day moving on pace, coordinate your vendors and organize you, your wedding party and your guests so they are where they should be throughout the day. Saying that, while your day has a timeline we believe that the timeline should have some flexibility, so that your day flows seamlessly and without stress. Afterall, your wedding should be enjoyable and memorable for all the right reasons!

Venue
This package is perfect for weddings hosted at venues with their own on-site manager or coordination team. Since the venue staff oversees the property and handles the in-house logistics, our role is focused on managing your timeline, vendors, and personal details. With venue support in place, we typically require just two planners on-site to keep the day running smoothly.
Outdoor or tented venues may also qualify for this package, as long as there is a dedicated venue contact available throughout the day.

Outdoor & Private Property Weddings
This package is for weddings hosted at private homes, farms, or venues without an on-site manager (like barns or tented sites). Because these celebrations don’t have a venue team, our staff takes on a larger role—overseeing setup, coordinating vendors, and serving as the main point of contact for your guests. To make sure everything runs seamlessly, we usually require a minimum of three planners on-site for the day.
